Papilio Loader is a user-friendly, multi-platform application designed to make working with Papilio FPGA boards easier. It is a graphical user interface (GUI) that simplifies the use of command line tools, scripts, and batch files. With Papilio Loader, Xilinx BIT files can be loaded to Papilio boards simply by double-clicking them.
